Hulkstraat is our newest Zeebrugge site, five kilometres from the deep sea container terminals.
Containers from Asia, North America, South America and India discharge, run a short shuttle to our gate and go straight into bonded storage the same day they are released.
For overseas brands it is a central distribution hub for Europe: stock held in bond, cleared per order and delivered across the EU and the UK on our own fleet.

The Warehouse
4,800 m². 13,000 pallet positions. Fully bonded. Opening December 2026.
Hulkstraat is built high, not wide. 4,800 m² of warehousing space carries 13,000 pallet positions in an automated ASRS racking system, with 20 metres of usable storage height and five loading docks feeding it. The same volume in a conventional hall would take roughly three times the ground area.
The site runs under our own customs warehouse authorisation. Goods from outside the EU go into bond on arrival, with duty and VAT suspended until you sell. Release per pallet or per line, and keep cash and lead times tight. Pallet-in/pallet-out, cross-dock, rework, or pick and ship: execution stays predictable and measurable.
The building is also specified for dangerous goods, including lithium batteries (UN 3480 and UN 3481) and chemicals: in-rack sprinklers, a constant 18 degrees, gas and smoke detection and compartmentation, engineered into the build rather than added afterwards.
