Warehouse Operator (3PL Logistics)

At Middlegate Europe, a warehouse isn’t “storage.” It’s a flow. Inbound hits the dock, stock goes where it should, orders leave on time — and everything is traceable. We’re looking for a Warehouse Operator who works sharp, stays safe, and takes pride in doing it right.

What you’ll do
Receive inbound goods: unload, check, scan, put away
Pick, pack, label, and stage outbound orders
Replenish pick faces and support cycle counts
Drive MHE when licensed (forklift / reach truck / pallet truck)
Keep the floor clean, safe, and ready for the next move
Flag issues early: damages, shortages, wrong labels, missing docs
What we expect
You work accurately — speed matters, but mistakes cost more
You follow SOPs and safety rules without reminders
You’re reliable: on time, consistent, team-first
Warehouse experience is a plus (3PL, fulfillment, or cross-dock is even better)
Comfortable with scanners/WMS (or eager to learn fast)
Basic English or Dutch for labels and instructions
Forklift/reach truck certificate is a plus (not required)
